Hydel girls were on fire in the sprint relays at the Central Athletics Championships at GC Foster College today, winning all the classes of the 4x100 metres relays.

Led by double sprint champion Alana Reid, Hydel got off to a great start in Class I, clocking 44.99 seconds to turn back Edwin Allen, who did 45.72 and St Catherine High with 47.13 seconds.

Hydel also won Class II in 46.09 seconds and Class III in 47.97, with the quartet of Gabrielle Morgan, Teixiera Johnson, Adrian Wilson and Sapphire Brown closing the show in Class IV in 48.94.
