Seaboard Jamaica has been awarded 'Top Shipping Solutions for Exporters, 2009' by the Jamaica Exporters' Association (JEA). The company also won the award between 2002 and 2005.

The JEA award is presented yearly to the shipping company or agent in Jamaica that provides the best service for promoting trade for Jamaican exporters. The award was presented to Seaboard during the JEA's awards banquet on June 9.

Chief executive officer of Seaboard Jamaica, Corah-Ann Robertson-Sylvester, said the company was humbled by the award. "We extend our great appreciation to all our customers who made this possible. Our customers are very valuable, hence we strive to offer consistent, personalised and effective customer service," Robertson-Sylvester said. She also extended hearty congratulations to all her customers who received awards from the JEA.
