Two policemen have been arrested in connection with a foiled robbery/kidnap attempt at Catherine Hall in Montego Bay last Saturday.
One of the policemen, whose identity has not been released, was taken into custody minutes after the incident, while the other was on the run.
The police subsequently issued an appeal for Constable Derron Nish, who was cited as a person of interest in connection with the incident, to turn himself in to any police station.
However, Nish was picked up at an apartment complex in the Corporate Area yesterday and was subsequently questioned by officers from the Organised Crime Investigation Division.
Nish is scheduled to appear before an identification parade later this week.
