Dyer puts Ironshore project on the market
Montego Bay hotelier Godfrey Dyer has placed on the market a small, upper-middle apartment development in the city's outskirts of Ironshore, which he says should attract buyers with its "elegant design".
The gated complex, on a three-quarter acre lot, is comprised of six apartments, four three-bedroom and and two two-bedroom units of 2,500 and 1,400 square feet, respectively. Dyer invested J$100 million in the project.
The larger apartments are being sold for US$375,000 to US$385,000, with the more expensive ones being on the first floor and the cheaper ones on the ground floor.
The two-bedroom units have been priced at US$22,000.
Dyer, who developed the Wexford Court Hotel, used a vehicle called Glen & O Investments for the project, his second in Ironshore.
