Where's the coal to come from?

The Editor, Sir:

Member of Parliament Lisa Hanna wrote in The Sunday Gleaner in defence of her 'clean coal' proposal, giving much interesting data. What I am not certain about is what the source of the coal is to be. Are we to import the coal, to mine it, or to burn our precious trees to get it?
