It was all about the sexy language of wine at the Wine Tasting and Etiquette seminar at Flow's New Kingston's offices on Wednesday.

The seminar was conducted by Hardy's Debra Bennett for the upcoming Gleaner-sponsored Restaurant Week, which begins today.

As Flow managers and executives sat down to the introductory class, it was evident that they were all eager to learn as they clung to Taylor's every word. By the time it came down to the actual tasting and identifying the difference between red and white wine, everyone seemed more excited in tasting the wines rather than identifying the differences. And some had no qualms about finishing what was poured into their glasses.

Taylor made the seminar quite interesting and had some persons blushing when taught about unscrewing a wine cork, and learning that a wine opener is called Ah-so. But after all, the language of wine is indeed sexy. Cheers!
