Regular versus multifunction printer

IT HAS been a while since I have featured any device remotely related to business or even work-oriented. This week, I am going to take a break from the fun and games and do an article that the business folks can read. I have for your reading pleasure the HP Colour LaserJet CM2320 multifunction printer, which will solve your printing woes.

It has an excellent print speed and the output quality for prints is outstanding. It has a small shortcoming, which I will get into a little later, but first let us see some of the key features that this device has to offer.

Final thoughts

The HP Colour LaserJet CM2320nf MFP is an excellent AIO printer that is highly recommended for small businesses. Devices have their pros and cons, and so does the HP Colour LaserJet CM2320nf MFP.

Pros

Fast print speed;

High-quality graphic and photo output;

Stand-alone fax and copier.

Cons

No duplexer option (a duplexer does duplexing, ie the ability to print on two sides of a paper automatically);

Network scanning requires manual set-up.

In my opinion, the pros outweigh the cons for this device. You can purchase a MFP that has duplexing for more money, but you would also be paying for other features you may not need. So folks, I would advise getting more active and flipping the papers over yourself; and save some money on your car insurance. No, scrap that! I meant save yourself some money from buying an overpriced duplexing printer you do not need.
