The Errol Flynn Marina in Port Antonio welcomed the Saga Pearl II on Tuesday, March 1, on its first visit with 645 passengers and crew on-board.

Vice-president of cruise shipping and marina operations, Port Authority of Jamaica (PAJ), William Tatham, in making his presentation to Krzysztof Majdvinski, Saga Cruises' staff captain, recognised the shared opportunities of the partnership between the PAJ and Saga Cruises. He also expressed optimism in welcoming other Saga Cruises cruise liners in the future.

Passengers disembarked to view the various attractions in Port Antonio including the world-famous rafting on the Rio Grande, Folly, Jamaica Palace, Long Beach and Christ Anglican Church, among others. Passengers also visited Ocho Rios.

Saga Cruises is a premier United Kingdom-based shipping company which caters exclusively to persons 50 and over.

The Errol Flynn Marina previously hosted Club Med II on January 31, with more than 300 passengers on-board.
