SEX OFFENDERS

The police have released the names of 12 wanted sex offenders who they are asking to turn themselves in to the nearest police station. They are:

Anthony Hephard, 20, otherwise called 'Papa', who is wanted in relation to a case of carnal abuse committed on February 8 of this year.

Seventeen-year-old Everton McDonald, wanted in connection with a case of carnal abuse that occurred on December 28, 2009.

Romeo Anthony Kelly, 20, wanted in relation to a case of carnal abuse committed in 2009.

Marvin Hawthorne, who goes by the aliases 'Mark Hawthorne', 'Mr Fret' and 'Reddy-Reddy', a 35-year-old taxi operator wanted in connection with a rape committed on July 21, 2008.

Twenty-three-year-old Dimitri Hyatt, otherwise called 'Bleachy', is wanted in connection with a case of carnal abuse that was committed on December 8, 2009.

Junior Phipps, otherwise called 'Shelly', wanted in connection with a rape committed on November 6, 2009.

Twenty-seven-year-old Dwayne Francis is wanted in connection with a case of carnal abuse that was committed on June 17, 2009.

Eighteen-year-old Michael McKenzie is wanted by the police in connection with a case of carnal abuse that was committed on December 27, 2010.

Seventeen-year-old Junior Daley, wanted in connection with a case of carnal abuse committed in October 2009.

Kimarley Kelleyman, wanted for carnal abuse committed in 2009.

Twenty-four-year-old Phillip Parkinson, wanted for rape and indecent assault.

Remoll Wright, aka Buzzy, wanted for carnal abuse.

All are from the Kingston and St Andrew Division. The police said given the sensitive nature of the case and the need for an identification parade, they could not issue photographs of the offenders.
