More than 10,000 persons across the island received free and discounted meals, movie tickets, bus rides and petrol yesterday as LIME kicked off its 2011 Christmas campaign.
Representatives from the telecoms company turned up at gas stations, food outlets, movie theatres and transport centres islandwide and gave patrons gift vouchers which entitled them to free or discounted products and services.
LIME Jamaica's head of marketing, Stephen Price, said: "To launch our campaign this year, we decided to give back in a meaningful way by ensuring that persons across the country enjoyed special moments courtesy of LIME."
