Frank James has taken over as chief financial officer at GraceKennedy Limited, completing a transition announced last year.
He replaces Fay McIntosh who retired on December 31 and also quit her seat on GraceKennedy's board of directors.
John Issa also gave up his seat on the board on December 29 having reached the retirement age, according to a stock-market filing by the food and financial-services conglomerate.
James was also appointed to GraceKennedy's executive committee effective January 1.
The transitions at the company began last July when Don Wehby took over as CEO from Douglas Orane. The succession split the positions of CEO and chairman. Orane was reappointed as executive chairman.
