Wehby reassigns Roberts, Coy

GraceKennedy CEO Don Wehby has made several changes to the group's management structure that will see Simon Roberts and Andrea Coy taking on different roles in two months.
Roberts has been appointed to a senior management position within the GK Foods division, while Coy will replace him as CEO of Hardware & Lumber Limited on April 1.
Chairman of H&L Erwin Burton will act as head of the hardware subsidiary until the end of March.
The specific post that Roberts is to take up was not disclosed.
The changes, said Wehby, are meant to ensure continued growth and profitability for H&L, which is still in a recovery mode.
To that end, Wehby also said J$47.7 million will be invested in the upgrading of stores this year.
Coy, currently a director of H&L, has been credited with improving the profitability of Hi-Lo Food Stores.
Wehby has also announced that the H&L board is considering the appointment of two independent directors to strengthen the governance structure of the company.
