Chicken is a mainstay in Jamaicans' diet. With the advent of our 50th anniversary upon us, celebrations have swung into high gear recently with three events endorsed by the Jamaica 50 secretariat in Kingston. Of course, the Jamaica Broilers Group was on hand to share in the celebrations with not just the nation's favourite bird, but through their other favourites.
