Modern, oriental dining in comfort

Fuji Japan Express' sushi platter - Dragon Ball Z - is a unique appetiser, ideal for sushi fans.

According to Kaz Asonuma, the Dragon Ball Z is named after a Japanese anime series.

"It's one of the unique shapes for sushi," he said in reference to the spherical shape. "It's very appealing to women and ideal for fancy dining," said Asonuma of the appetiser, which is a combination of salmon, shrimp, tuna and avocado. The bite-size pieces are served with the customers' choice of sauces.

Not completely new to the main menu, Asonuma said they have tweaked the platter combination specially for the Gleaner-sponsored Restaurant Week.

Located among the plethora of mostly oriental restaurants in Northside Plaza in Kingston, the restaurant is ideal for experiencing a modern, oriental dining experience, in comfort.

Asonuma emphasised that while they are only in the Tasty category, the lowest price in the dinner category, they have chosen to offer exceptional food at a great price, so their menu deserves a second look.

"You can expect great value at a reasonable price," guaranteed Asonuma.
