Enjoying great German food

The Hotel Four Seasons presented its German Food Festival on Wednesday, October 11, as a precursor to the annual Octoberfest festivities around the world.

Owned by Germany-born Helga Stoeckert and her sister, Christa Lundh, the buffet offered was a wide array of delectable traditional German fare. These included German lentil soup, chicken schnitzel, white wine sauerkraut, beer-braised red cabbage and German bratwurst sausage. Here are some of the highlights.
