Reggae Sumfest 2013 was officially launched on Tuesday night at Macau and many were on hand to share in the festivities. Also, many are anticipating the arrival of the Circus to the Rock and the launch on Wednesday night had many in awe; Scotia Insurance hosted a 15th anniversary branch forum at their Constant Spring branch and we have all the EXTRA highlights.
