Best Dressed Chicken was part responsible for Team Jamaica's success at the Taste of the Caribbean Competition in Miami, Florida, a few weeks ago and, recently, the corporate giant fêted the team at Sandals Grand Riviera to say congrats. We have the scenes!

Teresa Clarke, Best Cheesecake winner at the Annual Caribbean Hotel & Tourism Association Taste of the Caribbean Culinary Competition, shares her recipe with Caribbean Chef of the Year, Brian Lumley, and Cordia Panton Williams, brand manager, The Best Dressed Chicken. The trio exchanged ideas at the first Culinary Federation of Jamaica meeting since its magnificent sweep at the Annual Caribbean Hotel & Tourism Association Taste of the Caribbean Culinary Competition. The meeting was held at Sandals Grande Riviera.
