Jamaica Inn, one of the Caribbean's most exclusive boutique resorts, is bringing back Sunday Brunch, with an extensive menu of local and international flair prepared by the resort's executive chef, Maurice Henry, and his culinary team.

The menu includes a carving station with Jerked Leg of Lamb and Roast Turkey.

The Global Selection offers smoked marlin, smoked salmon, varieties of quality hams, smoked-sausage options, international cheeses, French toast and savoury salads as well as an omelet station.

Accompanying the usual breakfast delights will be Jamaican treats like ackee and saltfish, roasted breadfruit, sweet and Irish-potato hash, plus much more.

There will also be a sweet selection of house-made pastries.

Brunch at Jamaica Inn promises to be a memorable morning, starting with a complimentary champagne cocktail and concluding with a Jamaica Inn 'Bull Shot' to top it off.

See next Thursday's Food section as we bring you more brunch moments from the north-coast resort.
