Healthy lunch options at Toss and Roll
Toss and Roll has only been around for four months, but they have already made an indelible mark in providing healthy great-tasting lunch options for those who work in the Corporate Area.
Owner Jermaine Bailey told Food, "We decided to be a part of Restaurant Week for the additional exposure, but ultimately, we wanted to introduce more individuals to a healthy alternative from what already exists".
With a choice of either a burrito bowl lunch combo (which you can have personalised), served with chips, or a fiesta salad lunch combo paired with a soup of the day, Chef Nicole Adams is the woman in charge. The shrimp summer fiesta, Adams is sure will please. She told Food, "We start off with lettuce and freshly cut tomatoes, and then we add almonds, cran-raisins, blue cheese, Granny Smith apples thinly sliced, before including the shrimp. The home-made strawberry vinaigrette topping is served as a side option." Adams emphasise that the ingredients are fresh and their dishes are healthy and perfect to have any time of the day.
With excellent customer service, Toss and Roll should be a sure stop for lunch during Restaurant Week, your taste buds will be grateful.
