International Cuisine is a student-oriented exercise which serves as a major project for the final-year culinary/food and beverage students at the University of Technology. This course allows students to showcase their knowledge in food and beverage management by creating a total dining experience from various cuisines - Thai, Jamaican, Italian, Indian, and French.

The gourmet series gives a peek into what Jamaica's culinary and hospitality sector has to offer in the future by displaying quality service and food at the most affordable price in Kingston!

The International Cuisine Series will be staged at Lillian's Restaurant at the University of Technology, Jamaica, Papine campus.

The menu options for the night consist of three- and five-course meals except Italian, which has six courses. Another component will be the signature beverages. Walk-in customers are welcome, but reservations are strongly recommended.

The series will kick-start on October 18 with Thai cuisine and will continue to the end of Food Month in November with Jamaican cuisine on October 25, Italian on November 1, Indian on November 17, and Italian on November 22.
