There is always so much happening on the rock! The waterfront in downtown Kingston was the place to be for Tessanne's homecoming concert, and out west it was all about the Caribbean Marketplace. And Minister Phillip Paulwell, who had his pre-birthday party last Saturday, reached that milestone yesterday.
