Women leaders recognised

The Women's Leadership Initiative (WLI) hosted an International Women's Day breakfast at The Jamaica Pegasus hotel on Monday, at which companies with women on their boards were recognised.

The WLI breakfast, 'Salute to Women on Boards', presented a roll call of 47 companies which have women on their boards. Awards were presented to companies with more than 50 per cent female board members: Early Childhood Commission - 75 per cent; EXIM Bank - 70 per cent; e-Learning Jamaica - 67 per cent; Kingston Properties Limited - 60 per cent; Scotia Investments - 50 per cent, and Fair Trading Commission - 50 per cent.
