Gas prices increase

Motorists can expect to see an increase in the prices of petroleum products effective today.
The Petroleum Corporation of Jamaica (Petrojam) announced that the prices for 87 and 90 gasoline have been increased by $1.20 per litre.
A litre of 87 octane gasoline is to be sold for $61.52 while 90 octane will sell for $62.96.
The price of Automotive diesel will increase by $0.87 to sell for $66.71 per litre.
Kerosene has been increased by 1 dollar and 23 cents per litre to sell for 67 dollars and 13 cents.
The price of cooking gas is down by $1.09 and is to be sold for $35.58 per litre.
As is customary, retailers will add their respective mark ups to the announced prices.
