UK get tough on immigration law breachers

The British High Commission is warning that persons found travelling on false documents or who have breached Britain’s immigration rules will face an automatic ban from entering the country.



It said persons who had previously breached UK immigration laws by staying in the UK illegally or working without permission will be banned for periods ranging from one to 10 years.



The Commission said a fingerprint scan system, which is part of the visa application process will identify persons who have previously broken or breached immigrations rules.



It said the Immigration Rules have been changed as of April 1.
