Kingston triple murders

Three men were killed in separate incidents in Kingston between yesterday evening and last night.



Owen Solomon, 54, was reportedly shot dead by a gunman at a bar on Eighth Street, in Kingston 12 around 6.30 p.m. yesterday.



The police said Solomon, who is from Tivoli Gardens, was shot by one of two men who went to the bar pretending to be customers.



Don Dyer, 27, of Canary Avenue, Kingston 11 was also shot and killed two hours later.



Dyer had reportedly gone to visit relatives on Solitaire Road, also in Kingston 11 when he was approached by a gunman, who the police said chased him and shot him several times.



A man believed to be in his late 20’s was killed by unknown assailants shortly after 10 p.m. on Hunts Avenue, in Kingston 11.



The dead man is of dark complexion and was wearing blue jeans pants, a brown T- shirt and a pair of black and white Reebok sneakers.



His body was found after residents called the police when they heard gunshots.
