Traffic changes for New Kingston

The National Works Agency (NWA) will be implementing major traffic changes in New Kingston today.



As part of the changes, turning right from Knutsford Boulevard onto Dominica Drive will no longer be allowed.



Dominica Drive, which is now one way between Knutsford Boulevard and Grenada Crescent, will also accommodate two-way traffic.



The NWA said no parking would be allowed along this roadway.



However, motorists may turn right at the intersection of Knutsford Boulevard and Trinidad Terrace as the section of roadway, which now runs one way from east to west, will be converted to two way traffic.



The section of Trinidad Terrace between Knutsford Boulevard and Altamont Crescent will be converted to one way to Altamont Crescent.



No parking will be allowed along Trinidad Terrace, between Knutsford Boulevard and Grenada Crescent.



Additionally, parking restrictions will be enforced along Barbados Avenue and Grenada Crescent, both of which will be converted to accommodate two-way traffic.
