Men still unidentified

Two men who were killed by the police in an alleged shoot-out on Kings Avenue in Richmond Park, Kingston 10 last night have still not been identified.



The police say an illegal firearm was also seized during the incident.



According to police reports, shortly after 10 p.m. a patrol team was in Richmond Park when the two men were seen sitting on a motorcycle.



The police when their colleagues approached the men the pillion rider pulled a firearm and shot at them.



The police reportedly fired back and the men were hit.



An elderly man was reportedly shot and injured in the crossfire.
