Road fatalities

Rodger Thomas, 21, was killed and two others injured in a two-vehicle collision on the Clarendon Park main road.



This was the first of two fatal road crashes, yesterday.



The police say about 8 a.m. yesterday morning Thomas was driving a Toyota Hilux motor truck with two passengers when the vehicle collided with an Isuzu motor truck.



Thomas and his passengers sustained injuries and were taken to the May Pen Hospital where he was pronounced dead and the others treated and released.



In another incident a three year old girl and her mother died after the bus in which they were travelling crashed into a truck along the Byles Main Road in Kitson town St. Catherine.
