McGreggor Gully Waters claims seven houses

Several residents from the McGreggor and Burgher Gully communities in St. Andrew, Jamaica are now homeless after the retaining walls of the gullies gave way to flood waters.



The flood waters were the result of heavy rains caused by the passage of Tropical Storm Gustav over the island of Jamaica.



Frightened residents had to be rescued as more than seven houses were washed away by the flood waters.
