The three men charged with the murder of police constable Andre Chung are due back in court today.
The accused men Christopher Thompson, Danill Powell and Rash-Amin Brown were remanded, when they appeared in the Gun Court section of the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate’s Court on August 21.
It was reported that on March 4, Constable Chung boarded a taxi after attending classes at the Chinese Benevolent Society.
The next day the policeman’s bullet- riddled body was found in Jacks Hill, St. Andrew.
It is alleged that the three accused rented a car and used it as a taxi, as part of a scheme to rob passengers.
The motorcar was later found with bloodstains.
