The bartender who was arrested and charged last month after a firearm and ammunition were found at a house belonging to Superintendent Daley is also expected to appear in court today.
Marsha Bryan, who is currently on bail, is to appear in the Spanish Town Resident Magistrate’s court.
She has been charged with illegal possession of a firearm, a loaded magazine and ten 12-gauge cartridges.
Defence lawyer Deborah Martin argued that Bryan should not have been arrested based on the circumstances in which the firearm and ammunition were found.
She said they were found in a locked bedroom, which belonged to Superintendent Daley.
