The case involving Cash Plus boss Carlos Hill, his brother Bertram and Chief Financial Controller Peter Wilson has been set for mention on December 9 in the Supreme Court.
During this morning’s hearing prosecuting attorneys said they were not ready to set a trial date as they were still awaiting valuable information from abroad.
Hill, his brother and Wilson were charged in April, following the collapse of the alternative investment entity, Cash Plus and complaints by investors.
Hill has been charged with four counts of fraudulent conversion and four counts of obtaining money by false pretence.
He is also charged with one count of conspiracy to defraud.
Bertram Hill and Peter Wilson are each charged with one count of conspiracy to defraud.
