Woman stabbed

A man is now in police custody for the stabbing death of 20 year old Keisha Brown in Hopedale St. Catherine last night.



The woman, who is from Old Harbour, was at a house on Wellington Drive around 9.30 p.m. where she was reportedly attacked.



The police said she was stabbed several times and taken to the Spanish Town hospital where she died while being treated.



It is not certain whether the suspect, whose name has not been released, has been charged.
