Retired high court judge Boyd Carey has been selected to lead the Commission of Enquiry into the Financial Sector Adjustment Company (FINSAC).
He will be supported by investment banker Charles Ross and accountant Dale Blair.
The three member commission will conduct a probe of the circumstances, which led to the creation of FINSAC and the operations of the agency set up by the then PNP administration in the aftermath of the financial meltdown in the 1990’s.
The terms of the reference of the commission are to be announced after the members have been officially appointed by the Governor General.
