St Lucia not ready for Petrocaribe

St Lucia\'s Trade Minister Rufus Bousquet said his government is not ready to sign Venezuela\'s petrocaribe initiative.
The Stephenson King administration is insisting that more time is needed to study the agreement before it’s finalised.
The agreement, which was launched in 2005, allows the Caribbean nations to purchase up to 185,000 barrels of oil per day on preferential terms.
