Holness saddened by Pia\'s Death

The Education Minister, Andrew Holness says he is deeply saddened by the death of the Immaculate head girl. He also says the events that led to the death brings into sharp focus, the criminal stituation affecting Jamaica.



According to Mr Holness, the incident highlight the issues of safety and security with which the natrion is struggling to cope.



The education minister today met with staff and students at the Immacuilate Conception High School. A team of counsellors from the Ministry is also providing emotional support to students, teachers and adminstrative staff at the institution.
