Murder suspect in court
A 28-year-old man who allegedly shot and killed his mother, Poline Edwards, in Farm Hill, Manchester on November 2 is to appear in court today in relation to the killing.
He is Randall ‘Curly Sue’ Gibbs of Farm Hill, Manchester.
Gibbs is also charged with the murder of 43-year-old Paul Walker and the injuring of another man.
He has also been charged with robbery with aggravation, shooting with intent and illegal possession of a firearm and ammunition.
The police had earlier reported that on November 2, Gibbs went to Farm Hill, Asia in Manchester where he shot and injured a man.
He reportedly went to his mother’s house where he shot her several times.
The police say when Gibbs was held an illegal gun was found in his possession.
In the other case the police say on September 22 Gibbs went to a house in Havendale, St Andrew where he shot and killed 43-year-old Paul Walker and stole his licensed firearm.
He is to appear in the Corporate Area Criminal court tomorrow in relation to Walker’s death.
