Opposition Senator Norman Grant has called for a revitalization of the values and attitudes programme among members of the society in order to address the incidents of crime and violence against children.
The programme was introduced by the former PNP administration.
Senator Grant, who was addressing the senate this morning, said Jamaicans need to embark on a campaign of individual change as part of the solution to the problem.
Additionally, Senator Grant made several recommendations aimed at promoting behaviour change among Jamaicans.
