Musa maintains innocence

Former Prime Minister of Belize Said Musa is maintaining his innocence following charges of theft, brought against him by the Government.
Mr. Musa was yesterday released on a $100,000 bail when he appeared in court.
He is scheduled to reappear in court on January 9.
Mr. Musa is accused of illegally diverting US$10 million donated by Venezuela for social projects, to a privately owned hospital.
He is insisting that he acted in good faith.
