St Lucia gets tough on illegal immigrants

The government of St. Lucia said it would be getting tough on illegal immigration.
It said it would be targeting, people without work permits within the private sector in particular.
The government said employers who have not obtained permits for their workers have until mid-January to do so.
Illegal immigration is said to be a big problem in St. Lucia.
