Labour Minister Pearnel Charles says the dispute between workers at J Wray and Nephew and the company’s management will be referred to the Industrial Dispute Tribunal this week.
Mr Charles said the Director of Public Prosecution will also be asked to rule on certain sections of the dispute, for which the unions are claiming \'Union Busting\'.
The workers have been upset over the decision by J. Wray and Nephew to axe some 46 employees from its payroll.
