Peter King murder trial
On day four of the Ambassador Peter King murder trial, a prosecution witness today testified that on the night of June 19, 2006 he saw Sheldon Pusey at King’s house.
Pusey who is 25 years old is on trial for the murder of the former trade ambassador.
The witness told the court that King introduced Pusey to him.
The witness said it was about 10 pm and both King and Pusey were in underpants at the time of the introduction.
The witness said he then went downstairs and fell asleep in a bedroom.
He awoke the following morning and saw police personnel on the premises when later learned that King had died.
The witness is to continue his testimony tomorrow when the trial resumes in the Home Circuit court.
King was allegedly stabbed several times at his Waterloo Road apartment in New Kingston between March 19 and 20, 2006.
