\"Missing Sand\" more arrests expected

The Police High Command said there could be more arrests in the case involving the theft of several truckloads of sand in Trelawny last year.



Crime Chief Mark Shields said the arrests would be made in another week or two.



According to Deputy Commissioner Shields, the police have information on the location to which the sand was taken.



However, he has declined to provide further details.



Five persons have so far been arrested and charged in connection with the stolen sand



They are to return to court next month.
