York Castle student to appear in court

The 17 year old schoolboy charged with the murder of a York Castle schoolgirl is to appear in the Brown’s Town Resident Magistrate’s Court tomorrow.



16 year old Nisa Grant, was killed, allegedly by her 17 year old ex-boyfriend on Thursday evening.



He had told the police that he and Nisa were walking along a shortcut when men attacked them.



However, during intensive questioning by the police, the boy reportedly confessed to killing his ex girlfriend.



The police said on the day of the murder, the boy bought a knife and asked Nisa to meet him at his home.



He reportedly met her on the way and took her into an abandoned building where he stabbed her several times before slashing her throat.



The police later found the boy’s bloodstained clothes hidden nearby a cemetery.
