The Island Special Constabulary Association is raising concerns about proposals to search police personnel on duty at the island’s airports.
Association president St George Jackson said this would be illegal and would be tantamount to an assault.
Mr Jackson said his association would not tolerate the searching of cops on duty at the airports.
He is asking that the airports authority heads and the police command to engage in discussions to resolve the issue.
