Fatal domestic disputes in St James/St Catherine
The St James police are yet to charge a 35 year old woman who allegedly stabbed and killed her husband at their house in Johns Hall, St James last night.
Junior Brown, 46, was killed during an argument with his wife shortly before 11 p.m.
The woman who is a vice principal at a St James School was later arrested.
The Portmore police are still questioning the constable arrested in connection with the death of his common-law wife yesterday morning.
The police said the policeman and Clovetta Wynter, 30, were also involved in an argument.
They say the woman took up the constable’s service revolver and was shot during a struggle when the man tried to take the weapon from her.
The police had earlier reported that she was shot in the neck.
However another source said the woman was shot three times in her upper body.
