Westminster neighbours shocked

The residents of Westminster Crescent in St Andrew said they are shocked that a wanted man was living in their community.



However, they say they had been somewhat concerned about some of the persons who have been entering the community in recent times to visit Luciano.



Several of the residents were unable to leave their houses this morning because of the protracted shooting.



After the shooting, they were further inconvenienced as the police cordoned the area to process the scene.
