Watchmen stabbed at Ministry of Labour

Police detectives are now at the Ministry of Labour’s head office at 1f North Street where two watchmen were found with multiple chop wounds this morning.



Members of staff have been prevented from entering the building as the investigators try to put together the pieces.



Initial reports are that the watchmen were attacked by persons, who broke into the facility.



The police have not yet determined what was stolen but it is believed that the robbers made off with several items including computers.



The Labour Ministry’s North Street office has been targeted by thieves in recent weeks as another break-in was reported less than one month ago.
