The Grants Pen Police believe arson was the cause of a fire, which destroyed the second floor of a two-storey building at Upper Waterloo Road, Kingston 8 yesterday.
It is reported that three masked gunmen kicked open a door at the back of the premises, and demanded the keys from the watchman.
When their demand was not met, the men reportedly bound and gagged the watchman, leaving the premises with computer equipment.
The watchman managed to free himself and raised an alarm, after fire was seen coming from a section of the building.
Loss has been estimated at $60 million and it is not known if the building was insured.
No one was injured in the blaze.
