Falmouth tax office relocates

FALMOUTH, Trelawny:

FALMOUTH TAX office will today begin operating from a new location.

The move to the new location became necessary due to continuing growth and expansion of Falmouth and surrounding communities, resulting in the previous facilities at 2 Seaboard Street becoming inadequate. The relocated Falmouth Tax Office will offer convenient parking, a spacious banking hall, seated customer-service area and other amenities, benefiting both customers and staff.

The new location is at the Port Authority Building, 2-4 Tharpe Street in Falmouth, Trelawny, commonly known as the Old Wharf Building, opposite Juici Patties.

Transact business

The office will continue to offer the same services to the taxpaying public, who is able to transact business from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays to Wednesdays and from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thursdays and Fridays. The public is advised that the telephone numbers remain the same at 954-4218 or 617-5873 and the fax number is 617-5210.
